Welcome to the Crumbleworks Wiki!
The foundation of this Wiki, like any other, is the collaborative contribution to a unique knowledge base and information repository. You can get exactly as much from it as the members put into it.
An ideal goal would be to create a knowledge repository that would bring the diverse tools, internal systems, architectures and procedures that are in use within our organization to both current and potential new members. In this way, any accumulation of duplicated or out-of-date instructions and documentation is avoided, as well as wasting time on finding information that someone has already found a long time ago.
I think that everyone at some point has encountered a situation where they are interested in some detail or information, but the official documentation either did not exist, was not up-to-date, or was difficult to find. Hereby, we try to avoid such situations and provide a more readable overview even when the documentation exists.
It would be desirable to strive for a simple vocabulary from which it is easy to extract essential information, and to avoid an excessively administrative writing format. Pages should be relatively short and understandable, without erroneous, conflicting or duplicated information. Before creating a page, it is advisable to check whether a page with the same or similar topic already exists. This practice allows everyone to find relevant information that interests them, even if it is not from their field.
Thanks for all the effort invested in the wiki!
